Kyla O'Connell

Business Development, Facilitator

Ms. O’Connell is a top-producing sales and marketing professional with more than 18 years of experience in maximizing sales in highly competitive markets. She executes and manages business development initiatives for ASHER and has served the company in various roles over the last six years. As a certified CPQ Specialist, Sales Trainer and Image Consultant, Ms. O’Connell facilitates assessment, sales and image training for ASHER’s commercial clients. She has chapter-authored “Personal Image” in The Women's Handbook for Self-Confidence and "Building a Positive Self-Image" in The Self-Architect both published by The Professional Woman Network.

Previously, she was with ClubCorp, serving as Capital Society Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region, where she developed and led initiatives resulting in substantial increases in revenues and membership.

Ms. O’Connell is affiliated with several professional associations including The Professional Woman Network, Sales and Marketing Executives International and serves on various community committee boards. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Towson University.
