How do I set up a CPQ account?

1. How do I set up a CPQ account?

ACCOUNT SETUP

1. Go to www.asherstrategies.com/aptitude_assessments/cpq_login.php
2. Click on New Account Set-Up. Enter your company name and contact information
3. Click submit

a. If you are taken back to the registration page and see the message “User Name and Email must be unique” above the username field, it means that the username that you selected is already in use. Please choose an alternative username.

REGISTERING CANDIDATES

Once you have completed your account registration, you will be linked directly to the Company Main Menu. To take your complimentary CPQ, just follow these steps:

1. Click “Add Participant”
2. Enter your first name, last name and e-mail address
3. Click to process.

A confirmation e-mail will immediately be sent to you. This e-mail will contain instructions on how to take your complimentary assessment. If you would rather use the complimentary CPQ for someone else in your organization, simply fill in their information instead of yours. The CPQ will take you about 20-30 minutes and the results are available online immediately upon completion.

VIEWING RESULTS

1. Go to www.asherstrategies.com/aptitude_assessments/cpq_login.php
2. Click on Administrator Log-In. Enter your administrative username and password
3. Once you are linked to the “Company Menu,” click on “View Reports”
4. Click on your hyperlinked “Test Code” to the left of your name
5. When presented with “I am using these reports for,” choose between “Hiring/Selecting Employees” and “Coaching/Developing Employees”
6. Choose the position for which you want results and you will be presented with a list of reports specific to that position.

2. Can you send me my results?

Please contact the person who set up your CPQ for your results.

 

3. My candidate/employee did not receive the CPQ instruction e-mail.

The e-mail was probably caught by their spam filter or deleted because the address (info@asherstrategies.com) was not recognized. Please ask the CPQ participant to check their spam and trash folders. If they cannot locate it, you can log into your account, click “View Reports” and do one of two things:

1. Click the “resend” button by their name
2. Copy the “profile code” and send that to the participant and have them go to
http://www.ez-app.com/smarketing/register2.asp

 

4. How do I change my free account to paid?

In order to assign more assessments, you will simply need to add your credit card information to your account. To do so, please:

1. Log into your account at www.asherstrategies.com/aptitude_assessments/cpq_login.php
2. Click “Administrator Log-In”
3. Click “Account Information”
4. Click submit after confirming your company name
5. Click submit after reviewing your user information. This is also where you can change the user information if you like.
6. You will then be taken to a page where you can enter your credit card information.

Once you have added the credit card information, you can add participants from the main menu at any time and your card will automatically be charged the $95 fee for each assessment. Please contact ASHER to inquire the volume purchasing discount.

 

5. I entered the wrong e-mail address when adding a participant.

To change the e-mail address of the employee or candidate that was registered with the incorrect address, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your account at www.asherstrategies.com/aptitude_assessments/cpq_login.php
2. Click “View Reports”
3. Click the candidate’s hyperlinked name
4. Make any necessary corrections and click “Submit”

The participant will automatically receive an e-mail at the new e-mail address. You can also use this function to reassign unused tests.

 

6. When I click ‘View Reports,’ nothing happens.

Unfortunately, the site that hosts the assessment’s administrative pages is not optimized for Safari or Mozilla. Do you have access to Internet Explorer? If so, please use IE for the CPQ.

 

7. When I try to register for an account, I’m told I don’t have cookies enabled.

To edit your credit card details, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your account at www.asherstrategies.com/aptitude_assessments/cpq_login.php
