One’s placement on a scale of 1 to 100 for each trait is compared against the placement of the ideal candidate to determine a compatibility score of 1 to 50 for a variety of positions.

This is a visual depiction of one's compatibility along a scale of 1 to 100 and their placement in relation to the "ideal" range for that position. It also provides a strength, weakness and coaching tip for each trait.
Coaching
The Basic Eight Personality Traits are also used to create customized coaching reports for each employee:
