Kim has over 20 years of Sales and Marketing experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments, and earned her BA in Marketing from Loyola University of Maryland. Currently, Mrs. Bialozynski consults with ASHER clients on how to use the powerful tools, within the Sales Aptitude Assessment, for selecting and developing elite salespeople. Also, Kim develops solutions for clients that aim to grow revenue through ASHER Sales Training and our many reinforcement options. Introducing transforming team development products and best practices in sales training, marketing and personalized coaching services provided by ASHER has earned her the Client Advocate Title.
